From the Musha collection comes this intricately hand forged “Godai” Katana. Black and Gold color themed katana with Maru Gata style tsuba. The detail tsuba depicts The Five Universal Elements earth, water, wind, and fire. The word “Godai” is the combination of the words (kanji) for five, (go) and great (dai) which translates into the name for one of the fundamental concepts in Japanese culture. This blade features beautiful patterns of the five elements in black and gold with the wood of handle making this katana a unique and wonderful design. Bo-Hi is commonly known as blood grooves, but that is a common misconception. The katana is lighter than usual and enables the user to wield the katana better and put less stress on the hands. Not to mention it benefits some advance cutting techniques that require the katana to change direction rapidly. All Musha swords are able to be fully disassembled. Maru Gata style Tsuba, Fuchi, and Kashira all can be swapped out for a different set. Real wood handle is wrapped with traditional cotton.
