Return Policy
D.P. & Company, Inc. allows customers to return any item within 30 days of purchase that is new, still in the box, and never been opened, but the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee and will be required to pay all shipping fees. The customer must call 352-678-3661 option 2 (Customer Service) or Submit a Support Ticket to inform us of the return and obtain a return authorization number (RA#). There will be no refund for items returned without an RA#. The refund will be credited to the customer within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. The payment will be refunded by the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.
CLOSEOUT Items
Items located in our Closeouts category, or designated as a closeout item, CANNOT be returned. All sales are final on Closeout Items.
Damaged Products
D.P. & Company, Inc. works hard to package your order as good as possible to prevent damage during shipping. If you do have products arrive that were clearly damaged during the shipping process, please contact the shipping company (Fed Ex, UPS) immediately to file a claim. It is important that you keep the box the items were shipped in because they may send a representative to review the claim. If the shipping company is unable to process the claim, please call 352-678-3661 option 2 (Customer Service) or Submit a Support Ticket to inform us of the situation and we will do our best to assist you with the claim. We will be unable to help you if you have not already placed a claim with the shipping company.
Defective Products
D.P. & Company, Inc. carries a large variety of products and as a result the warranty varies based on which items you have purchased. Please review the warranty information below based on the category of the merchandise you are buying.

Airsoft Guns
We do not warranty any airsoft guns that we sell for less than $5.00. All airsoft guns that are over $5.00 are guaranteed to work when they are opened. We cannot offer an extended warranty on any airsoft products because there are too many factors that could cause damage to the guns. The main causes for damage to airsoft guns are the use of poor quality BB’s and paintballs, or simply that the gun was dropped by the end user. In the event that you do receive a gun that is over $5.00 and does not work, please call 352-678-3661 option 2 (Customer Service) or Submit a Support Ticket to inform us of the situation. When we receive your claim we will issue you a RA#, and may request for the gun to be shipped back. If the gun does have a defect we will issue you a credit or give you a refund by the same method you used to purchase the item. We will not ship a replacement gun or refund the shipping charges.

Tools
All Cal-Hawk hand tools carry a limited lifetime warranty. We have a 30-day warranty on all power and electric tools that we sell for over $10.00. If you have a tool that is defective within the warranty period please call 352-678-3661 option 2 (Customer Service) or Submit a Support Ticket to inform us of this problem and to obtain a RA#. If the item is determined to be defective we will issue you a credit or give you a refund by the same method you used to purchase the item. We will not ship a replacement item or refund the shipping charges.

All toys are guaranteed to work when opened. There is no extended warranty on any toys or RC products. If you receive a defective toy please call 352-678-3661 option 2 (Customer Service) or Submit a Support Ticket to obtain a RA# . If the item is determined to be defective we will issue you a credit or give you a refund by the same method you used to purchase the item. We will not ship a replacement item or refund the shipping charges.

All other products that do not fall into one of the categories listed above are guaranteed to arrive intact and in proper working condition. They do not have an extended warranty and claims must be made at the time of receipt.
